Stat. tit. 1, § 1-34","heading":"Development of abstract plant - Permit","body":"Any person wishing to develop an abstract plant shall make\n\napplication for a permit. The application shall be on a form\n\nprepared by the Oklahoma Abstractors Board and shall be accompanied\n\nby the fee and the bond as provided in Section 27 of Title 1 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes. All permits shall expire annually. A permit\n\nholder who has not completed development of an abstract plant at the\n\ntime the permit expires may apply for renewal of the permit.\n\nApplications for renewal must be made thirty (30) days prior to the\n\nscheduled expiration of the original permit and shall be accompanied\n\nby the renewal fee.
