Stat. tit. 1, § 1-40","heading":"Censure, revocation or suspension of abstract license","body":"Upon good cause shown and after a hearing, the Oklahoma\n\nAbstractors Board may censure a licensee or revoke or suspend his\n\nabstract license for any of the following acts:\n\n1. Making of a materially fraudulent statement in an\n\napplication for an abstract license; or\n\n2. Having been convicted and exhausted all appellate remedies\n\nin a court of competent jurisdiction in this or any other state or a\n\nfederal court of the crime of forgery, embezzlement, obtaining money\n\nunder false pretenses, extortion, conspiracy to defraud, fraud, or\n\nany similar offense, or pleading guilty or nolo contendere to any\n\nsuch offense; or\n\n3. Destroying or secreting public records, or failing to return\n\nsaid records within the designated time; or\n\n4. Any other conduct which constitutes untrustworthy or\n\nimproper, fraudulent, or dishonest activities; or\n\n5. Disregarding or violating any provision of the Oklahoma\n\nAbstractors Act; or\n\n6.
