Stat. tit. 10, § 10-1116.4","heading":"Disclosure of certain information prohibited -","body":"Exceptions.\n\nNo member of a postadjudication review board or staff member of\n\nsuch board may disclose any information regarding individual cases\n\nacquired from case reviews or be compelled to disclose such\n\ninformation except:\n\n1. When such information pertains to criminal acts or\n\nviolations of any law;\n\n2. When the child was the victim of a crime. The members of\n\nthe board or staff member of such board may be required by a court\n\nof competent jurisdiction to testify at any proceeding in which the\n\ncommission of such a crime is the subject of inquiry; or\n\n3. When the person waives the privilege by bringing charges\n\nagainst the board.\n\nNothing in this act shall be construed to prohibit any board\n\nmember or staff member of such board from testifying in court\n\nhearings concerning matters of adoption, child abuse, child neglect,\n\nor matters pertaining to the welfare of children or from seeking\n\ncollaboration or consultation with professional colleagues and\n\nadministrative superiors on behalf of the child, parent or parents\n\nof the child.\n\nAny person participating in a judicial proceeding as a\n\npostadjudication review board member shall be presumed prima facie\n\nto be acting in good faith and in so doing shall be immune from any\n\ncivil liability that otherwise might be incurred or imposed.","path":["OK Code","Title 10"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os10.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"b820da6e14f6aa1c5458bab6a45955b021cfcb13a952c9b79bf2fd702e538f4e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-10-10-1116.3","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-10-10-1116.6"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
