Stat. tit. 10, § 10-116c","heading":"Assistant probation officer - Salary","body":"In each county of this state wherein there is authorized to be\n\nappointed a probation officer under the provisions of 10 O.S.1951,\n\nSection 116, there is hereby further authorized the appointment of\n\nan assistant probation officer, pursuant to the same method and\n\nqualifications as are required for the appointment of the probation\n\nofficer, and such assistant probation officer shall be under the\n\ndirection and supervision of the probation officer after such\n\nappointment and qualification. The salary of such assistant\n\nprobation officer shall be determined and fixed by a majority of the\n\njudges of the courts of record of such county, at not more than\n\nForty-eight Hundred Dollars ($4,800.00) nor less than Thirty-six\n\nHundred Dollars ($3,600.00) per annum, payable monthly.
