Stat. tit. 10, § 10-116f","heading":"Secretaries to probation officer - Duties - Salary","body":"The probation officer authorized under the provisions of 10\n\nO.S.1951, Section 116, shall be authorized to employ not more than\n\nthree secretaries, subject to confirmation of such appointment by a\n\nmajority of the judges of the courts of record of such county, and\n\nsuch secretaries may be assigned, in addition to the normal duties\n\nof a secretary, certain responsibilities and powers relating to\n\nprobational functions as the probation officer may direct upon\n\napproval of such assignment by such judges.
