Stat. tit. 10, § 10-133","heading":"Board of general supervision - Appointments - Salaries and","body":"removal of appointees.\n\nThe judge of the juvenile court, or children's court, or a judge\n\nof the district court, if there be no judge of the juvenile court or\n\nchildren's court, and the chairman of the board of county\n\ncommissioners and a superintendent of a school district located in\n\nwhole or in part in the county shall constitute a board of general\n\nsupervision for such schools and homes. If there is more than one\n\nschool district located in whole or in part in the county the\n\nsuperintendents of each school district shall rotate membership on\n\nthe board on an annual basis in a manner to be determined by the\n\njudge of the district court. They shall appoint a superintendent,\n\nmatrons, teachers and such other persons as may, in their judgment,\n\nbe necessary for the management of such schools and homes, and for\n\ninstruction therein, and shall fix the salaries of such appointees,\n\nwhich salaries shall be paid monthly out of the funds derived from\n\nthe tax levy provided for in this act.
