Stat. tit. 10, § 10-134","heading":"Inmates - Eligibility - Appointment and attendance - Terms","body":"- Return to parents or guardians.\n\nAll boys or girls under the age of sixteen (16) years, residing\n\nin such county, and who may be adjudged to be dependent or neglected\n\nchildren, under existing laws, shall be eligible to appointment to\n\nsuch schools and homes, and the district court of such county shall\n\nhave power to enforce their appointment and attendance thereat.
