Stat. tit. 10, § 10-1410","heading":"Personal properties - Contracts and leases - Unexpended","body":"funds.\n\n(a) All personal properties, records, equipment, and supplies\n\nnow owned and in use by the above-named institutions shall be\n\ntransferred to and become the property of the Department of Human\n\nServices.\n\n(b) All contracts, leases, and other such agreements as may\n\nhave been entered into by the Board of Mental Health and Substance\n\nAbuse Services or any of its agents, relative to the institutions\n\nreferred to in Section 1406 of this title and such duties and\n\nresponsibilities as are in effect on July 1, 1963, shall be assumed\n\nby and become binding upon the Department of Human Services.\n\n(c) All unexpended funds to the credit of the above-named\n\ninstitutions and all unexpended appropriations for such institutions\n\nshall be transferred by the State Treasurer to the Department of\n\nHuman Services and placed in a separate fund.
