Stat. tit. 10, § 10-1411.2","heading":"Developmental Disabilities Services Division waiting","body":"list - Voucher waiver program.\n\nSubject to the availability of funds, the Developmental\n\nDisabilities Services Division (DDSD) of the Department of Human\n\nServices shall, within six (6) months of the effective date of this\n\nact, design and implement a voucher waiver program to serve persons\n\non the DDSD waiting list. The purpose of the voucher waiver program\n\nshall be to facilitate and support the service choices made by the\n\nclient and the parent or guardian of the client and shall include,\n\nbut not be limited to:\n\n1. A service determination process which takes into account\n\nwhether services exist and are available and accessible to the\n\nclient, including, but not limited to:\n\na. respite care,\n\nb. physical therapy,\n\nc. occupational therapy,\n\nd. speech therapy,\n\ne. vocational services,\n\nf. habilitation training services,\n\ng. dental services,\n\nh. psychological services,\n\ni. nutritional services,\n\nj. nursing services,\n\nk. Early and Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment\n\n(EPSDT) Services,\n\nl. medical services,\n\nm. transportation services, and\n\nn. pharmacy services;\n\n2. The provision of services through any public or private\n\nintermediate care facility; and\n\n3.
