Stat. tit. 10, § 10-1417","heading":"Clinics - Outpatient facilities - Day care centers","body":"(a) The Department of Human Services may establish and direct\n\nsuch mental hygiene clinics and child guidance clinics in local\n\nareas of the state where such clinics are deemed most advantageous\n\nfor the public welfare as a distinct part of the general health\n\nprogram.\n\n(b) Outpatient facilities and day care centers to be operated\n\nin conjunction with state schools for individuals with intellectual\n\ndisabilities shall be established, maintained and operated by the\n\nDepartment to provide outpatient care for individuals with\n\nintellectual disabilities.
