Stat. tit. 10, § 10-1423","heading":"Program for care and treatment of children - Federal","body":"matching funds.\n\nThe Oklahoma Public Welfare Commission and the Department of\n\nHuman Services are authorized and directed to develop such programs\n\nfor the care and treatment of children to meet the requirements of\n\nfederal laws and rules and regulations of the Secretary. The\n\nCommission shall maintain such standards of money payments in the\n\ncategories of Old Age Assistance, Aid to the Blind, Aid to the\n\nPermanently and Totally Disabled, and Aid to Families with Dependent\n\nChildren, as will earn the maximum federal funds available to the\n\nstate, within the availability of state matching funds, and shall\n\nbudget such other state funds as may be necessary to earn the\n\nmaximum of federal matching funds in the Child Welfare Program,\n\nChildren with Special Health Care Needs Program and other federal-\n\nstate programs.
