Stat. tit. 10, § 10-1430.19","heading":"Documents and records to be available for public","body":"inspection.\n\nA group home subject to the provisions of the Group Homes for\n\nPersons with Developmental or Physical Disabilities Act shall retain\n\nthe following for public inspection:\n\n1. A complete copy of every inspection report of the group home\n\nreceived from the Department of Human Services during the past three\n\n(3) years with resident-identifying information removed;\n\n2. A copy of correspondence with resident-identifying\n\ninformation removed issued by the Department of Human Services, the\n\nOklahoma Health Care Authority, or a court during the last three (3)\n\nyears pertaining to the group home;\n\n3. A description of the services provided by the group home,\n\nthe rates charged for those services and items for which a resident\n\nmay be separately charged;\n\n4. A copy of the statement of ownership; and\n\n5.
