Fail to correct or interfere with the correction of a\n\nviolation within the time specified on the notice or approved plan\n\nof correction pursuant to the provisions of the Group Homes for\n\nPersons with Developmental or Physical Disabilities Act as the\n\nmaximum period given for correction, unless an extension is granted\n\nand the corrections are made before expiration of extension;\n\n2. Prevent, interfere with, or attempt to impede in any way the\n\nwork of any duly authorized representative of the Department of\n\nHuman Services in the investigation and enforcement of the Group\n\nHomes for Persons with Developmental or Physical Disabilities Act;\n\n3. Prevent or attempt to prevent any such representative from\n\nexamining any relevant books or records in the conduct of official\n\nduties pursuant to the provisions of the Group Homes for Persons\n\nwith Developmental or Physical Disabilities Act;\n\n4. Prevent or interfere with any such representative in the\n\npreserving of evidence of any violation of the Group Homes for\n\nPersons with Developmental or Physical Disabilities Act or the rules\n\npromulgated pursuant thereto;\n\n5. Retaliate or discriminate against any resident or employee\n\nfor contacting or providing information to any state official, or\n\nfor initiating, participating in, or testifying in an action for any\n\nremedy authorized pursuant to the provisions of the Group Homes for\n\nPersons with Developmental or Physical Disabilities Act;\n\n6. File any false, incomplete, or intentionally misleading\n\ninformation required to be filed pursuant to the provisions of the\n\nGroup Homes for Persons with Developmental or Physical Disabilities\n\nAct, or willfully fail or refuse to file any information required by\n\nthe Department pursuant to the provisions of the Group Homes for\n\nPersons with Developmental or Physical Disabilities Act; or\n\n7. Open or operate a group home without a license or a contract\n\nfor group home services with the Department of Human Services or the\n\nOklahoma Health Care Authority.\n\nB. No employee of a state or unit of a local government agency\n\nshall aid, abet, assist, conceal, or conspire with any employee of a\n\nprovider or licensee in a violation of any provision of the Group\n\nHomes for Persons with Developmental or Physical Disabilities Act or\n\nany rule or standard promulgated by the Commission for Human\n\nServices pursuant to the Group Homes for Persons with Developmental\n\nor Physical Disabilities Act.\n\nC. Any person who violates any of the provisions of the Group\n\nHomes for Persons with Developmental or Physical Disabilities Act,\n\nupon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
