The court may appoint any qualified person as a receiver,\n\nexcept it shall not appoint any employee or affiliate of the\n\nprovider or licensee which is in receivership as its receiver. The\n\nDepartment of Human Services shall maintain a list of such persons\n\nto operate group homes which the court may consider.\n\nB. The receiver shall make provisions for the continued health,\n\nsafety and welfare of all residents of the group home.\n\nC. A receiver appointed pursuant to the Group Homes for Persons\n\nwith Developmental or Physical Disabilities Act shall exercise those\n\npowers and shall perform those duties set out by the court. These\n\npowers and duties may include those generally ascribed to receivers\n\nand receiverships and may also include the powers and duties of\n\ntrustees under the current Bankruptcy Code for the State of\n\nOklahoma.
