If funds are insufficient to meet the expenses of performing\n\nthe powers and duties conferred on the receiver appointed pursuant\n\nto the Group Homes for Persons with Developmental or Physical\n\nDisabilities Act, or if there are insufficient funds on hand to meet\n\nthose expenses, the Department of Human Services may reimburse the\n\nreceiver for those expenses from funds available.\n\nB.
