Stat. tit. 10, § 10-1430.41","heading":"Rights, obligations and liability during receivership","body":"Notwithstanding the general rules of receiverships and trustees,\n\nnothing in the Group Homes for Persons with Developmental or\n\nPhysical Disabilities Act shall be deemed to relieve any\n\nadministrator or employee of a group home placed in receivership of\n\nany civil or criminal liability incurred, or any duty imposed by\n\nlaw, by reason of acts or omissions of the administrator or employee\n\nprior to the appointment of a receiver; provided, that nothing\n\ncontained in this act shall be construed to suspend during the\n\nreceivership any obligation of the administrator or employee for\n\npayment of taxes or other operating and maintenance expenses of the\n\ngroup home or of the administrator, employee or any other person for\n\nthe payment of mortgages or liens.
