Enforcement of any action for an injunction or recovery of\n\nany administrative or civil penalty assessed pursuant to the Group\n\nHomes for Persons with Developmental or Physical Disabilities Act\n\nmay be brought by:\n\n1. The district attorney of the appropriate district court of\n\nthe State of Oklahoma;\n\n2. The Attorney General on behalf of the State of Oklahoma in\n\nthe appropriate district court of the State of Oklahoma; or\n\n3. The Department on behalf of the State of Oklahoma in the\n\nappropriate district court of the State of Oklahoma; or as otherwise\n\nauthorized by law.\n\nB. The Department may bring an action in a court of competent\n\njurisdiction for equitable relief to redress or restrain a violation\n\nby any person of a provision of the Group Homes for Persons with\n\nDevelopmental or Physical Disabilities Act or any rule or order\n\nissued pursuant thereto.
