Stat. tit. 10, § 10-1430.9","heading":"Penalties and liabilities for certain violations","body":"In addition to any other penalties and liabilities provided in\n\nthis act, any person who violates any of the provisions of the Group\n\nHomes for Persons with Developmental or Physical Disabilities Act,\n\nor any order or determination of the Department promulgated pursuant\n\nthereto, or who fails to perform any duty imposed upon such person\n\nby the provisions of the Group Homes for Persons with Developmental\n\nor Physical Disabilities Act, shall be subject to any of the\n\nfollowing penalties and liabilities as authorized by the provisions\n\nof the Group Homes for Persons with Developmental or Physical\n\nDisabilities Act:\n\n1. License revocation, suspension, or nonrenewal;\n\n2. Conditional license;\n\n3. Transfer of residents;\n\n4. Receivership;\n\n5. Injunctive proceedings, including prohibiting the admission\n\nof new residents to the group home;\n\n6. Civil fines;\n\n7. Criminal penalties; and\n\n8.
