Stat. tit. 10, § 10-1505a","heading":"Assistant juvenile officer in certain counties","body":"In every county of the state having a population of more than\n\ntwenty-four thousand (24,000), but less than forty thousand\n\n(40,000), and having located within it a city with a population of\n\nnot less than twenty thousand (20,000), according to the latest\n\nFederal Decennial Census, in which county there is employed a\n\njuvenile officer, an assistant juvenile officer may be appointed by\n\norder of the associate district judge with the consent of the chief\n\njudge of the judicial district in which said county is located.
