Stat. tit. 10, § 10-151","heading":"Control vested in local boards of education","body":"The control of the education of all children in the State of\n\nOklahoma, now located in or in the control or custody of any\n\nOrphanage, Charitable Institution or Organization, or hereafter\n\nlocated in, or placed under the control or in the custody of any\n\nsuch Orphanage, Charitable Institution or Organization, of\n\nwhatsoever nature, not making provision for the education of the\n\nchildren under its care or control, from funds derived privately and\n\nnot derived from public taxation, is hereby vested in the local\n\nboard of education of the school district wherein such Orphanage,\n\nCharitable Institution or Organization is located.
