Stat. tit. 10, § 10-154","heading":"School superintendents' reports of children attending","body":"schools.\n\nAt the beginning of the last month of each yearly term of\n\nschool, the Superintendent of Public Schools of any school district\n\naffected by the provisions of this Act, shall make a written report\n\nof any and all children confined in any Institution as is defined in\n\nSection 2 hereof, who shall have attended or been in control of the\n\npublic schools of said district during the current year, their ages,\n\nattendance, their progress made and promotions, if any.
