Upon request of a parent, legal guardian or legal custodian\n\nof a minor and the presentation of the minor at a local law\n\nenforcement agency, the local law enforcement agency shall take a\n\ncomplete set of fingerprints of the minor and issue a fingerprint\n\nidentification card to the parent, legal guardian, or legal\n\ncustodian which shall contain the fingerprints of such minor.\n\nB.
