The Oklahoma Children's Hospital including its clinics and\n\nlaboratories is hereby designated as a service institution for\n\npersons under twenty-one (21) years of age and shall have the\n\nauthority to extend services to persons twenty-one (21) years or\n\nolder. The Oklahoma Children's Hospital shall also serve as a\n\nteaching and training hospital for the School of Medicine of the\n\nUniversity of Oklahoma.\n\nB.
