Stat. tit. 10, § 10-175.3","heading":"Definitions","body":"(a) The term \"Commission\" when used in this Act shall mean the\n\nOklahoma Public Welfare Commission.\n\n(b) The term \"child\" when used in this Act shall mean any\n\nperson under twenty-one (21) years of age, whose parents, parent,\n\nspouse or legal guardian is financially unable to provide essential\n\nmedical, dental, hospital, convalescent and nursing home care.\n\n(c) The term \"Director\" when used in this Act shall mean the\n\nDirector of Public Welfare, who shall be the administrative officer\n\nof the Commission.\n\n(d) The term \"Committee\" when used in this Act shall mean the\n\nProfessional Advisory Committee or other committees authorized by\n\nthe Commission.\n\n(e) The term \"Chairman\" when used in this Act shall mean the\n\nChairman of the Professional Advisory Committee.","path":["OK Code","Title 10"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os10.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"f7734e487dedc920bdaf9f50a8e7d267575a2f89e215425814b0d895175457f2","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-10-10-175.20","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-10-10-175.4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
