Stat. tit. 10, § 10-175.8","heading":"Fund - State Treasurer","body":"(a) The State Treasurer shall receive all funds, and act as\n\ncustodian thereof, granted to the State by the Federal Government\n\nfor the purposes specified in this Act, and shall keep such funds in\n\na special account to be known by the title \"Federal Crippled\n\nChildren's Funds,\" and these funds shall be disbursed upon claims\n\napproved by the Director and filed with the Budget Director for\n\npayment.\n\n(b) All monies, except reimbursement for expenditures from\n\nFederal sources, collected by the Commission through the authority\n\nof this Act, from parents, other persons, agencies, or counties\n\nshall be deposited with the State Treasurer, who shall act as\n\ncustodian thereof, and shall keep such funds in a revolving fund, to\n\nbe known by the title of \"State Crippled Children's Fund,\" and these\n\nfunds are hereby appropriated for the purposes specified in this Act\n\nand shall be disbursed upon claims approved by the Director and\n\nfiled with the Budget Director for payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 10"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os10.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"3c5c00fcc8d2eef5aa1d1d216dbe095a63444db76f1b425d3cbce8b359ddfada","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-10-10-175.7","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-10-10-175.9"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
