Stat. tit. 10, § 10-362","heading":"Meetings of Santa Clause Commission - Chairperson -","body":"Eligible recipients - Gifts and contributions.\n\nThe Executive Director of the Office of Juvenile Affairs shall\n\nappoint the chairperson of the Santa Claus Commission. The\n\nCommission shall meet at the call of the chairperson on at least a\n\nquarterly basis. The chairperson may call such other special\n\nmeetings as may be necessary. The Commission shall work under the\n\nsupervision and direction of the Office of Juvenile Affairs. Upon\n\nrequest of the Commission, the Department of Human Services and the\n\nOffice of Juvenile Affairs shall provide the Commission with a list\n\nof the eligible institutions and number of children in such\n\ninstitutions which are eligible to receive gifts pursuant to Section\n\n361 of this title.
