Stat. tit. 10, § 10-40.9","heading":"Records","body":"The Department of Human Services shall establish a single\n\nlocation where all records of every involuntary foster care, pre-\n\nadoptive placement and adoptive placement by the courts of any\n\nIndian child in the custody of the Department of Human Services or\n\nunder Department of Human Services supervision will be available\n\nwithin seven (7) days of a request by the tribe of the Indian child\n\nor by the Secretary of Interior.
