The Department of Human Services shall promulgate rules to\n\nestablish and maintain an online database accessible to the public\n\nthat contains information including, but not limited to:\n\n1. The name, address, and phone number of all child care\n\ncenters licensed by the Department of Human Services, and the name,\n\naddress, and phone number of all child care homes licensed by the\n\nDepartment; and\n\n2. A summary of substantiated complaint records and inspection\n\nreports generated by the Department.\n\nB.
