If an Indian tribe in this state that operates a child care\n\nfacility elects to apply for a license for the facility pursuant to\n\nthe Oklahoma Child Care Facilities Licensing Act, the Department of\n\nHuman Services, the State Department of Health, and the State Fire\n\nMarshal may enter into an agreement with the Indian tribe to allow\n\nthe state to conduct any inspections of the facility necessary to\n\ncomply with the licensing provisions of the Oklahoma Child Care\n\nFacilities Licensing Act.\n\nB.
