Stat. tit. 10, § 10-410.1","heading":"Quality of Care Development Fund","body":"There is established in the State Treasury a revolving fund to\n\nbe known as the \"Quality of Care Development Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all fines collected by the Department of Human\n\nServices pursuant to Section 407 of this title and shall, in\n\naddition to any other monies made available for such purpose, be\n\navailable to the Director solely to support the continued\n\nimprovement of the child care facilities in this state.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 10"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os10.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5b745b2e58aadaaa55b356517bbde4f0f208a765652180afe8872f3c47b77591","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-10-10-410","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-10-10-411"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
