Upon the validation by the court of a gestational agreement\n\nconforming with the requirements of the Oklahoma Gestational\n\nAgreement Act, any child born as a result of an assisted\n\nreproduction procedure to a gestational carrier under the\n\ngestational agreement shall be considered at law in all respects the\n\nsame as a naturally conceived legitimate child of the intended\n\nparents. The parent-child relationship shall exist solely between\n\nsuch intended parents and such child regardless of the fact that the\n\ngestational carrier gave birth to the child or that the spouse of\n\nthe gestational carrier is or was married to the gestational carrier\n\nat or before the time of such birth. The gestational carrier and\n\nany spouse of the gestational carrier if she is married shall have\n\nno parental rights or obligations with respect to such child.\n\nB.
