Stat. tit. 10, § 10-557.15","heading":"Proceedings governed by Code of Civil Procedure -","body":"Confidentiality.\n\nUnless otherwise provided by the Oklahoma Gestational Agreement\n\nAct, any proceedings conducted pursuant to this act will be governed\n\nby the Code of Civil Procedure of the State of Oklahoma. All such\n\nproceedings, any pleadings, motions, documents or records associated\n\ntherewith and the identities of the parties to a gestational\n\nagreement are all to be kept confidential, and any such proceedings\n\nshall be held in closed court without the admittance of any person\n\nother than interested parties and their counsel.
