Stat. tit. 10, § 10-557.16","heading":"Venue and jurisdiction","body":"Venue and jurisdiction for all matters arising out of or related\n\nto a gestational agreement shall lie only in the district court of\n\nthe county where the gestational carrier resided at the time the\n\ngestational agreement was entered into or in the district courts of\n\nTulsa County or Oklahoma County.
