A gestational carrier may receive reimbursement for expenses\n\nand economic losses resulting from participation in the gestational\n\ncarrier arrangement contemplated by a gestational agreement.\n\nB. A gestational carrier may be paid a reasonable compensation\n\nfor carrying a child pursuant to a gestational agreement.
