Any one or more donors that will be supplying any gametes or\n\nembryos in connection with a gestational carrier arrangement may be,\n\nbut are not required to be, a party to the gestational agreement,\n\nand any consents required of such donor or such donor's physician by\n\nOklahoma law may be incorporated into the gestational agreement.\n\nB. If one or more donors will be supplying any gametes or\n\nembryos in connection with a gestational carrier arrangement, any\n\nconsents otherwise required by Oklahoma law to be filed with a court\n\nin connection with such donation may be filed with the court as part\n\nof the petition to validate gestational agreement, regardless of\n\nwhether or not such consents are part of the gestational agreement.\n\nFiling such consents with the petition to validate shall be deemed\n\nto be compliance with any filing requirements for such consents\n\notherwise required by Oklahoma law, including the provisions of\n\nSections 552 through 556, inclusive, of Title 10 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes. If such consents are filed with the court as part of the\n\npetition to validate, then validation of the gestational agreement\n\nby the court shall satisfy any requirements otherwise set forth in\n\nOklahoma law for a judge's approval, execution or acknowledgment of\n\nsuch consents.\n\nC.
