Any prospective gestational carrier who meets the\n\nrequirements for gestational carriers pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nGestational Agreement Act and the gestational spouse, if applicable,\n\nmay enter into a gestational agreement with one or more intended\n\nparents of a child to be conceived pursuant to such gestational\n\nagreement.\n\nB. A gestational agreement must meet the minimum requirements\n\nunder this act, including validation by the court. A gestational\n\nagreement that conforms to these requirements and has been validated\n\nin compliance with this act is a legal contract and is legally\n\nenforceable.\n\nC. A gestational agreement under this act shall be governed by\n\nOklahoma law, and this act shall control over any other law which\n\nconflicts with the express terms of this act insofar as such other\n\nlaw relates to the creation, validation or enforcement of\n\ngestational agreements, the rights and obligations of the parties\n\nthereto and any children born as a result thereof.\n\nD.
