A gestational agreement that is not validated as provided by\n\nthe Oklahoma Gestational Agreement Act is unenforceable except to\n\nthe extent expressly provided by this act.\n\nB. The parent-child relationship for a child born as a result\n\nof an assisted reproduction procedure under a gestational agreement\n\nthat is not validated as provided by this act is determined as\n\notherwise provided by Oklahoma law.\n\nC.
