Stat. tit. 10, § 10-601.10","heading":"Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth, to be designated\n\nthe \"Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nOklahoma Commission on Children and Youth, from contracts with other\n\nstate agencies or institutions, and not excluding any other source\n\nof revenue. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Director\n\nof the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth for the purpose of\n\npaying for operating expenses of the Oklahoma Commission on Children\n\nand Youth.
