The members of the Oklahoma Commission on Children and\n\nYouth, shall be appointed on or before July 1, 1982, and within\n\nthirty (30) days after their appointment, shall organize and elect a\n\nchairman. The chairman shall be elected annually by the Commission\n\nmembers. The Commission shall hold at least four (4) regular\n\nquarterly meetings each year and such other special meetings as may\n\nbe necessary at the call of the Chairman or by a majority of the\n\nmembers of the Commission. Special meetings may be called on notice\n\ngiven at least five (5) days in advance of the date of such\n\nmeetings. At any regular or special meeting of the Commission,\n\neight members shall constitute a quorum, and a concurring vote of a\n\nmajority of the members of the Commission present shall be necessary\n\nto conduct official business of the Commission.\n\nB. Members of the Commission shall be reimbursed for travel\n\nexpenses incurred in the performance of their duties as provided in\n\nthe State Travel Reimbursement Act.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth shall be\n\nsubject to the provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act.\n\nD.
