For the purpose of establishing a statewide system to\n\nprovide expert medical evaluation for children suspected to be the\n\nvictims of child abuse or neglect, there is hereby created the Board\n\nof Child Abuse Examination within the Oklahoma Commission on\n\nChildren and Youth.\n\nB. The Board shall consist of ten (10) members as follows:\n\n1. The Director of the State Bureau of Investigation, or a\n\ndesignee;\n\n2. The Commissioner of the State Department of Health, or a\n\ndesignee;\n\n3. The Director of the Department of Human Services, or a\n\ndesignee;\n\n4. The Director of the Oklahoma State District Attorneys\n\nAssociation, or a designee;\n\n5. The president of a statewide association of osteopathic\n\nphysicians, or a designee;\n\n6. The president of a statewide association of allopathic\n\nphysicians, or a designee;\n\n7. The Chief Executive Officer of the Oklahoma Health Care\n\nAuthority, or a designee;\n\n8. The Executive Director of the Oklahoma Board of Nursing, or\n\na designee;\n\n9. A representative of a statewide association of child\n\nadvocacy centers; and\n\n10. The Chief Child Abuse Examiner provided for by Section\n\n601.31 of this title. The Chief Child Abuse Examiner shall be a\n\nnonvoting member of the Board.\n\nC. 1. The Board shall annually elect one member to serve as\n\nchair and one member to serve as vice-chair.\n\n2. The members of the Board shall receive no compensation for\n\ntheir services on the Board, but may be reimbursed pursuant to the\n\nState Travel Reimbursement Act.\n\n3. The Board shall meet not less than quarterly and may meet\n\nmore frequently as necessary, as determined by the chair.
