Stat. tit. 10, § 10-601.63","heading":"Definitions","body":"For the purposes of the Community Youth Development Act:\n\n1. \"Community children and youth development programs and\n\ndelinquency prevention and early intervention programs and\n\nactivities\" includes but is not limited to the following for\n\nparticipating youth and their families:\n\na. intensive school and school-related programs, such as\n\ntutoring and other educational services,\n\nb. vocational training and counseling,\n\nc. employment services,\n\nd. counseling services, such as family counseling, mental\n\nhealth counseling, substance abuse outpatient\n\ntreatment and education,\n\ne. recreational and cultural opportunities including but\n\nnot limited to sports, games, music, art and similar\n\nactivities, and\n\nf. neighborhood development programs, including but not\n\nlimited to neighborhood mediation programs for the\n\nresolution of disputes involving children and youth,\n\nmentor or big brother and big sister programs, and\n\nvoluntary community service programs for children and\n\nyouth; and\n\n2. \"School, school-related or after-school programs and\n\nactivities\" means community children and youth development programs\n\nand delinquency prevention and early intervention programs and\n\nactivities that occur during and outside of regular school hours.","path":["OK Code","Title 10"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os10.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"67fdc6dbf22139f6c86b2207d2d826abb50ba5cefbb707294f929a3d579b1ef8","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-10-10-601.62","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-10-10-601.64"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
