Convene meetings of public and private agencies that provide\n\nservices to children and youth for the purpose of facilitating and\n\nimplementing joint planning and service coordination among said\n\nagencies;\n\n2. Prepare, with input from the Parent Partnership Board and\n\naffected public and private agencies, a State Plan for Services to\n\nChildren and Youth for the upcoming three (3) years for the approval\n\nof the Commission;\n\n3. Make recommendations, to be included in the State Plan, for\n\nthe development and improvement of services provided to children and\n\nyouth, including homeless children and youth and youth at risk of\n\nhomelessness; and\n\n4.
