On or before July 1, 2024, and on or before July 1 of every\n\nthird year thereafter, the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth\n\nshall transmit to the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services, the director of each affected agency, the\n\nPresident Pro Tempore of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives, and the Governor a copy of the State Plan for\n\nServices to Children and Youth for the next three (3) fiscal years.\n\nB.
