The Office of Planning and Coordination for Services to\n\nChildren and Youth Steering Committee shall:\n\n1. Review data and propose policy solutions relating to the\n\nissue of child homelessness; and\n\n2. Update the Oklahoma State Legislature on existing programs\n\nto reduce child homelessness including, but not limited to, programs\n\nadministered or financed in whole or in part by any agency of this\n\nstate, nonprofit organizations or private-sector entities.\n\nB. The Steering Committee shall include an examination of the\n\nfollowing in its assessment and recommendations:\n\n1. State trends in the number of children who are homeless or\n\nare at risk of becoming homeless;\n\n2. The state's role in providing services to children and youth\n\nwho are homeless or at risk for becoming homeless;\n\n3. State policy regarding homeless children and youth; and\n\n4. Existing services, resources, and capacity including, but\n\nnot limited to, the availability of publicly or privately provided\n\nresources to children and youth who are homeless or at risk of\n\nbecoming homeless.\n\nC.
