Stat. tit. 10, § 10-601.80","heading":"Short title - Family Support Accountability Act -","body":"Definitions.\n\nA. This act shall be known and may be cited as the \"Family\n\nSupport Accountability Act\".\n\nB. As used in the Family Support Accountability Act:\n\n1. \"Departments\" means any state department or agency\n\nimplementing home-visiting programs; and\n\n2. \"Home-visiting program\" means a state-funded or state-\n\nadministered, standards-based program that:\n\na. is grounded in relevant, empirically based best\n\npractices and knowledge that:\n\n(1) has comprehensive home-visiting standards that\n\nensure high quality service delivery and\n\ncontinuous quality improvement, and\n\n(2) follows with fidelity a program manual or design\n\nthat specifies the purpose, outcomes, duration\n\nand frequency of services that constitute the\n\nprogram,\n\nb. provides services to families of young children that\n\nelect to participate,\n\nc. utilizes a variety of culturally relevant,\n\ndevelopmentally appropriate strategies,\n\nd. connects families to additional services that support\n\nparents,\n\ne. promotes child well-being and prevents adverse\n\nchildhood outcomes,\n\nf. promotes parental competence, child health and\n\ndevelopment by building long-term relationships with\n\nfamilies and optimizing the relationships between\n\nparents and children in their home environments,\n\ng. provides for the collection and analysis of data about\n\nprogram performance and outcomes at the state\n\naggregate level, county aggregate level, provider\n\nlevel and participant level, and\n\nh. does not include:\n\n(1) a one-time home visit or infrequent home visits\n\nwith no intention of long-term services, such as\n\na program that provides one home visit for all\n\nnewborn children,\n\n(2) services delivered through an individualized\n\nfamily service plan or an individualized\n\neducation program under Part B or Part C of the\n\nfederal government's Individuals with\n\nDisabilities Education Act,\n\n(3) services initiated by a report to the Department\n\nof Human Services Child Welfare Services or by\n\ncourt order, or\n\n(4) programs in which home visiting is supplemental\n\nto other services.","path":["OK Code","Title 10"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os10.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"149d55e824c4e534c5c3bc453fd089d3847f5d82d6a4b8dfc986399985413c57","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-10-10-601.6d","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-10-10-601.81"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
