This act shall be known and may be cited as the \"Coordinated\n\nDatabase System for Children Act\".\n\nB. The purpose of the Coordinated Database System for Children\n\nAct is to design and implement a system that provides data linkages\n\nfor the sharing of case information and for aggregate data analysis\n\nfor planning, research, outcome evaluation and service coordination.\n\nC. The system shall be implemented through interagency\n\nagreements and shall utilize a database application that supports\n\ninformation sharing to reduce duplication, improve service delivery\n\nand allow data analysis for planning, research and evaluation.
