The local board of education of each school district and\n\neach technology center school district shall adopt policies and\n\nprocedures for the transfer and release of confidential information\n\nto the agencies listed in Section 620.3 of this title, to persons\n\nand agencies subject to the rules promulgated by said agencies\n\npursuant to this act, and to statutorily-constituted juvenile\n\nbureaus. The policies and procedures adopted by said boards shall\n\ncomply with the requirements for state agency rules listed in\n\nSection 620.4 of this title for the transfer and release of\n\nconfidential information.\n\nB.
