The mother of a minor shall not execute a valid consent to\n\nthe adoption of the minor or a permanent relinquishment of the minor\n\nprior to the birth of the minor.\n\nB. The father of a minor born in wedlock shall not execute a\n\nvalid consent to the adoption of the minor or a permanent\n\nrelinquishment of the minor prior to the birth of the minor.\n\nC. A putative father of a minor may execute a consent to the\n\nadoption of the minor, a permanent relinquishment of the minor, or\n\nan extrajudicial consent to the adoption of the minor before or\n\nafter the birth of the minor.\n\nD. A guardian, guardian ad litem or legal custodian of a child\n\nmay execute a consent to the adoption of a minor or a permanent\n\nrelinquishment at any time after being authorized by a court to do\n\nso.\n\nE. A child-placing agency that places a child for adoption may\n\nexecute its consent at any time at or before the hearing on the\n\npetition for adoption.\n\nF.
