Whenever the Department of Human Services publishes\n\nstatistics on successful adoptions, the Department shall also\n\ninclude statistics on adoption dissolutions, including the average\n\nnumber of months between the finalization of adoptions and the\n\neffective date of dissolutions.\n\nB.
