A putative father may revoke a notice of intent to claim\n\npaternity at any time by submitting a signed, notarized statement\n\nrevoking the notice of intent to claim paternity.\n\nB. If a court determines that the registrant is not the father\n\nof the child, the court shall order that the Department remove the\n\nregistrant's name from the registry.
